Building a "Class of Service Excellence"

Public service is an activity or series of activities in order to fulfill service needs in accordance with statutory regulations for every citizen and resident for goods, services and/or administrative services provided by public service providers, namely each State administering institution. BPS is no exception as a state institution.

This service improvement is one of the points emphasized in the "Class of Service Excellence" training held by BPS East Java Province online and attended by all members of the PEKPPP team in terms of public services.

We hope that the quality of public services provided by BPS Pacitan Regency will always meet the wishes of the community in terms of statistical data.
