BPS Pacitan Regency carried out AGiTO activities on Monday, September 2, 2024. AGiTo is a form of innovation in the Change Management pillar carried out at BPS Pacitan Regency. Morning Roll Call accompanied by internalization of the Core Values of ASN Berakhlak and the BAJABEZI Jargon has become a routine carried out every Monday morning.

Internalization is carried out continuously and is attended by all BPS Pacitan Regency employees. AgiTo is closed with a weekly meeting attended by all employees and discusses monitoring and evaluation of activities from the past week and carries out plans for executing activities for the next week.

Through AGiTo, it is hoped that the BerAKHLAK values can penetrate all ASN and BPS Pacitan Regency employees.
