Internalization of SBO Results in 2024

This morning, all BPS Pacitan Regency employees participated in Sherazi, Knowledge Sharing on Internalization of the Results of the 2024 Organizational Culture Survey (SBO) online. This activity was organized by BPS East Java Province with speakers from ACT Consulting.

The purpose of SBO is to provide a deeper understanding of the state of moral and ethical culture at BPS. This can help leaders identify things that are still lacking and need to be improved, design better cultural development programs, and build organizational commitment to integrity and social responsibility.

The BerAKHLAK Implementation Index at BPS Pacitan Regency is included in the fairly healthy category with a score of 60.50%. This shows that employees at BPS Pacitan Regency have implemented the BerAKHLAK values in their daily work behavior well.
