Coordination and Collaboration for People's Schools in Pacitan Regency

On Monday, May 19, 2025, the Assistant for Government and People's Welfare (Assistant 1) of the Pacitan Regency Government, Khemal Pandu Pratikna, who also serves as the Acting Head of the Pacitan Regency Social Service, made a working visit to the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) Office of Pacitan Regency.

This visit aims to establish coordination and strengthen collaboration between agencies in supporting the implementation of the People's School program in Pacitan Regency.

Pacitan Regency is one of 52 regions in Indonesia that will receive the People's School (SR) program initiated by President Prabowo Subianto through the Ministry of Social Affairs (Kemensos). This program aims to provide access to quality education for underprivileged communities.

Through synergy between the Social Service, BPS, and other related parties, it is hoped that People's Schools can become a learning medium that is adaptive, responsive to community needs, and able to encourage active participation of all elements in building a more prosperous Pacitan.
