Abstract

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) to identify the need for statistical data and the level of customer satisfaction with BPS data and services. In accordance with the mandate of Law Number 16 of 1997 concerning Statistics and Government Regulation Number 51 of 1999 concerning the Implementation of Statistics, the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) as a public institution has the duty and responsibility to provide statistical data and information. Satisfaction and quality of service to consumers is the main thing in the presentation and service of data by BPS.
