Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS- Statistics of Pacitan Regency

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is one of the surveys conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The survey was conducted to measure the level of satisfaction of data users who come to the data and statistical information service unit with respect to statistical data and services. In addition, this survey was conducted to determine the type of data required by data users. The availability of the types of data required by users is deemed necessary to be reviewed in order to create quality statistical data and information and to achieve BPS mission as a pioneer of reliable statistical data for all. BPS as a public institution that serves statistical data and information always wants to provide excellent service to data users. In order to measure the level of satisfaction of data users, the Sub-directorate of Statistical Referrals, Directorate of Statistical Dissemination, as technical implementers at BPS together with provincial BPS and district/city BPS conduct the 2021 Data Needs Survey (SKD2021) simultaneously using the service performance approach, data type, and data quality.
